Policy of Visually Impaired People with Guide Dogs at Hotels

A guest who is accompanied by a guide dog with a working permit issued by MPS (Ministry of Public Security )orCDPF (China Disabled Persons Federation) and Animal Health Certificate or IGDF (international guide dog federation) will be allowed access to premises that are open to the public unless otherwise excluded by law .”No pet”policies do not apply to guide dogs when they are working with permit and certificates listed above.

If guide dog working with a guest with a disability without working permit or certificate ,the Hotel will offer alternative methods to enable access to goods and services,when possible (for example, securing the animal in a safe location and offering the guidance and assistance from hotel staff).

 

Food Service Areas:

A guest who is accompanied by a guide dog or service dog will be allowed access to food service areas that are open to the public unless otherwise excluded by law.

The guset who is accompanied by a guide dog is responsible for maintaining care and control of the animal at all times.
